So if you ever have any questions on the operation of the product or just sewing or embroidery in general you will be provided with a dedicated email address that is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You simply drop an email to this special email address with your order number and your questions. Our average response time is less than 5 minutes. It is basically a "educator" that is available to your 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any question big or small is welcome.

The dedictaed email address is monitored 24 hours a day and while average response times are 5 minutes or less, there is no guarantee written or implied as to actual response time. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response to your question, as this time allows our team to provide thorough and accurate responses. The CarePak Support team resevers the right at anytime to refer questions to the product manufacturer should they feel a better resolution is possible through this method. In no event will CarePak or SewingInUSA be liable for any damages, loss of use, lost profits, lost savings, incidental damage, or other economic consequential damages. This is true even if the other party is advised of the possibility of such damages. We may modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice and will supersede all prior polices written or implied. Please understand that the Plan's primary focus is to provide support to consumers through the most efficient methods available.
