So if you ever have any questions on the operation of the product or just sewing or embroidery in general you will be provided with a dedicated email address that is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You simply drop an email to this special email address with your order number and your questions. Our average response time is less than 5 minutes. It is basically a "educator" that is available to your 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Any question big or small is welcome.
